Introduction
Medivara (“we,” “our,” or “the app”) is an educational pharmacology flashcard application developed by HS Smart Solutions LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our app.

Information We Collect

Email Address
During onboarding, we collect your email address for account identification and subscription management. Your email is stored locally on your device and shared with RevenueCat solely for subscription management purposes. It is not used for marketing or shared with any other third party.
Usage Analytics
We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymized usage data, including app launches, screen views, feature interactions, and session duration. This data helps us understand how users interact with the app and improve the user experience. No personally identifiable information is included in analytics data.
Subscription and Purchase Information
We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions. RevenueCat may collect purchase history, subscription status, and a device identifier to validate and manage your subscription. RevenueCat’s privacy policy is available at https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy
Feedback Form
If you choose to submit feedback through the in-app feedback form, we collect your email address and message content. This information is transmitted via FormSubmit.co to our support address (medivaracards@gmail.com) solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not use this information for marketing purposes.
Device Identifiers
Firebase Analytics and RevenueCat may use device-level identifiers to distinguish devices. These identifiers are not linked to your personal identity.

Data Stored Locally on Your Device
The following data is stored only on your device and never transmitted to our servers:

Favorite flashcards
Study preferences and settings
Quiz progress and results
Subscription status cache

Deleting the app removes all locally stored data.

Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:

Firebase Analytics (Google) — usage analytics
RevenueCat — subscription management
FormSubmit.co — feedback form processing

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing their data practices.

How We Use Your Information

To identify your account and manage your subscription

Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the third-party service providers listed above, and only as necessary to operate the app.

Data Retention
Your email address is retained as long as you use the app. Feedback data is retained only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry. Anonymized analytics data is retained per Firebase’s standard data retention policy.

Children’s Privacy
Medivara is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Your Rights
You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us at medivaracards@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
