By downloading, installing, or using the Medivara Pharmacology Flashcards app (“the app”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

Educational Purpose Only

No Guarantee of Accuracy

No Exam Guarantee

Use of this app does not guarantee success on any licensure examination (including but not limited to NCLEX-RN, NCLEX-PN, USMLE, NAPLEX, or any other certification exam), academic assessment, or professional evaluation.

Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Medivara offers auto-renewable subscription plans to unlock full access:

• Weekly Plan — billed every 1 week

• Monthly Plan — billed every 1 month

• Quarterly Plan — billed every 3 months

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.

You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. No refunds are provided for the unused portion of a subscription period.

A free tier is available to all users without a subscription. Subscription prices are displayed in the app and may vary by country or region.

Promo Codes

We may offer promotional codes that grant temporary free access to premium features. Promo codes are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are subject to expiration dates.

Intellectual Property

All content within the app, including but not limited to text, graphics, icons, and software, is the property of Medivara and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the app content without prior written permission.

Permitted Use
